They're HERE! Finally!!!

They took FAR longer than we ever anticipated, but they are FINALLY here.  Between issues with funding, production, and then the delays of the coronavirus that led to shipping... this lot has been excruciatingly slow.  The good news is... they're finally HERE and they look AMAZING.

We're heavily in the midst of delivery of well over 1000 orders... and these will be rolled into that batch.  Our warehouse gets out approximately 75-100 orders per day.  We could move faster, but we've found that quality-control suffers immensely.  So our staff does its best to instead make certain that all of the books are high quality that you receive, devoid of any obvious damages, dings, or other problems that might hurt their collectibility!

While it may have seemed that we forgot about our backers on Indiegogo... that was never true for even a moment.  We simply preferred to let you know as significant milestones were achieved because we did not want to be thorn in your sides.  We value you guys completely and never once stopped working to bring you this MASSIVE array of books!

There are still SEVEN people who have not filled out your backer kits.  If you are one of the seven, go to backerkit.com and use this email to log in and get your survey.  If you do not fill this out, you cannot receive your books!

Also, if you've moved it is IMPERITIVE that you email IMMEDIATELY [email protected] to update your address!!!  We've said this several times so PLEASE do this if you've moved.  We do not want anyone to have any problems!  You can also log into Backerkit.com to double check your address in the system.

First off, we want to thank you for your immense patience with these extra books from the WHITE WIDOW EXPANDED UNIVERSE campaign on Indiegogo.  They have been stuck in shipping but we just received word and we expect to receive them in approximately a week!

That being said, we know that this process has taken some time so it is vital that if you have moved you please VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!!

If your shipping address has changed PLEASE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY [email protected] to have it updated!

If your address has not changed, then there is nothing further you need to do!

Thank you once again.  We never intended this to take as long as it did, but because of the low amount raised we had to find the funds to print all of the various books, which took some time.  But now the day is here and we can happily fulfill.

CURRENT STATUS

As some of you may know, we have been awaiting SOME of the books from the slow boat.  These were the "extended universe" titles which only a small portion of our backers ordered.  They are currently being held up in customs but we expect them to be released soon.  Seems the coronavirus paranoia is causing massive delays on anything originating in China as we are hearing similar reports from numerous sources.

But the long wait is nearly over.

Additionally, many of you have privately expressed distress that we did not mention any other updates such as issues 3 and 4.  In short, many may feel that we have utterly abandoned Indiegogo backers.

The honest truth is, we felt embarrassed at the overly long delay on the balance of our books and did not feel right in offering other product without having delivered on those first.  

So it was in no way a reflection of us not caring about you guys, it was simply that we DID care and were hard at work getting the funds finalized to deliver.  That is forthcoming shortly.

However, in the interst of letting you all know before it becomes too late to take part... we do have ways for you to get caught up.

HOW TO GET WHITE WIDOW #2 and #3

Most of the issues thus far are on the store as well as a lot of convention and Web exclusive editions and a whole host of other merchandise.

Currently you're in luck as well... because we're offering a BUY ONE GET ONE 60% off on everything in the store.  No promo code needed, just add two items and the same or lesser value one gets 60% off.  This was to celebrate the St. Patrick's Day exclusive cover editions which are available to pre-order.  Unless marked pre-order, however, the books are available immediately through our dedicated warehouse.

The majority of the books missing are now on the slow boat from China and we hope to have them in about a month or so.  We know this has taken a lot longer than we anticipated due to a wide number of issues.

This only affects about 1/3 of our backers...  1/3 have already received all of their books and the other 1/3 still have yet to fill out their backer kit surveys.

For some of you, you are frustrated and want to simply get your books and with that in mind we have a few solutions we want to offer:

1) You can continue to wait for all of the books that you selected and the instant they are in they will be sent along with bonus items free of charge.

2) You can also get the bonus items, but if you're waiting on anything other than AMPED or WHITE WIDOW... you can contact us via email at [email protected], and we can work with you to swap out titles for WHITE WIDOW #2 or #3 copies of equal value and ship those to you all immediately.

3) If you just want what is in and want to forfeit the other books, we can simply refund the difference.  Let us know by contacting [email protected] or [email protected] and we will work something out with you there.

For those who have not yet filled out BACKER KIT please contact us if you are having ANY issues accessing it.

Thank you for your continued patience.  While INDIEGOGO seems to be an amazing platform, it was vastly different from what we are used to and so unfortunately it mucked things up.  But we don't want any of you to suffer from this so these options we feel are a way to make things up to you.
