OK so quite a few of you have received all of your products. Many of you also were waiting on Digital content which the majority of those have been delivered as well.
A staggering 25% of you still have yet to complete your Backer Kit surveys, so we cannot fulfill your orders until you do. If you are having trouble with this send an email to [email protected] to be helped.
There are some of you still waiting on merchandise that is on its way still from a printer in China. These were unfortunately delayed in production but they are coming soon... so everyone will get your books.
We have in no way abandoned anyone. Each one of you matters. There were problems, as we said, with us learning to work with this platform and how it fulfilled. That's our bad, but we have given a ton of extra digitals to everyone to insure you guys don't miss out on the story.

We are still waiting on over 25% of you to complete your Backer Kit Surveys! If you haven't yet, please check your email and SPAM folders for surveys AND reminders being sent from Backer Kit so we can get these orders processed ASAP!

Whew.... this was a long time coming (sorry) but BACKER KITS are going out RIGHT NOW to fill in and the store is OPEN.
Couple of notes:
1) You are the ONLY ones able to still purchase signed and CGC versions of MANY these books by Jamie and Benny for BOTH White Widow #1 AND #2.
2) To reward you for your patience, we will be including a LOT of digital content FOR FREE as a bonus to EVERY BACKER.
3) To further reward you, all backers getting PHYSICAL REWARDS will receive the Kickstarter Push Goal Packs!
There are a myriad of other small perks you may or may not see but needless to say we wanted to reward you all. Indiegogo's setup was a challenge for us to work it in how we wanted it, and our inexperience came through. But hopefully you feel that it is all worth the wait!

OK, so we did the BACKER KITS now for White Widow #2 and just sent those. A lot of the things we needed to test will be in that one, but you guys will reap the benefit.
In short, you guys will be getting a LOT of extra and intricate choices above the Kickstarter campaign (due to the nature of Indiegogo) and so we needed to run the test with them first.
So far so good, so we should be able to get your surveys in the coming week.

Hey everyone... quite a lot has been going on behind the scenes and we wanted to be a bit more certain of things before we mis-spoke. But the bottom line is, we believe we now have everything well in hand, and will be able to get this out to you very soon.
You have all been so incredibly awesome and patient, and we will reward each and every one of you, rest assured. You will be getting some extra bonus digital content and more we will surprise you with shortly.
Due to holidays Backer Kit says they will be doing testing on Tuesday and if all goes well we will be sending out Weds/Thurs of this upcoming week!
